Whitney Collins

My name is Whitney and I am thrilled to be joining the Little Lotus team as a new barre and Pilates instructor. I have always been passionate about movement and the benefits it can bring to the body and mind. My strong foundation in dance allows me to bring a unique blend of techniques to my classes to challenge and inspire students. My love for movement led me to pursue a career in teaching, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with others. As a wife and new mother, I understand the importance of finding balance in life, and that's what I strive to bring to my classes. My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where students can work at their own pace and feel comfortable pushing themselves to new heights.

I believe that movement should be enjoyable and fulfilling, and my classes reflect that philosophy. Whether you're looking to tone and strengthen your body or just want to feel more energized and centered, my classes are designed to help you achieve your goals.

I am excited to be a part of this community and look forward to helping you on your fitness journey. Let's work together to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
