Theresa Hansen, E-RYT, Owner

Theresa is a Wyoming native and has been teaching for LCSD#1 and fitness classes in Cheyenne for a little over 7 years. Theresa earned her M.Ed. from Northern Arizona University and currently teaches Title One for LCSD #1. Theresa has her Kids Yoga certification from Rainbow Kids Yoga, Level 1 BUTI Yoga certification and is a RYT with 200 hours. Theresa’s teachers are Shannon Paige, Nancy Kate Williams-Rau, and Gina Caputo to name just a few. Theresa attends workshops and trainings regularly to stay up to date in the most current teachings of alignment to bring to you a safe and fulfilling yoga experience. Theresa is currently enrolled in her 300 hour yoga teacher training. Theresa loves bringing the experience of yoga to her students and enjoys seeing the progress her students make toward their own personal goals. But most of all Theresa truly enjoys getting to know each of her students on a personal level to bring to them a meaningful practice.

Travis Posthumus, RYT

Travis completed his Yoga Teacher Training at Blossom Yoga in Laramie, WY in May of 2014. He hopes to bring the calming and healing properties of yoga to his students. Travis was attuned to Reiki levels I & II in January 2015 at Love of the Earth in Cheyenne, WY. He is currently enrolled in classes at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO and is working towards becoming a Master Nutritional Therapist. He has lived most of his life in Cheyenne and enjoys the outdoors while mountain biking and golfing with friends and family.

Tambra Loyd

Tambra was born and raised in Wyoming and is grateful to continue to call it home. She retired after 30 years as a Federal Probation Officer. She has spent most of her life pursing a variety of methods to maintain fitness. Yoga, with its combination of physical, mental and spiritual disciplines, has proven to be one of her favorites. She started practicing yoga in 2012 and learned quickly there was a lot to learn about yoga. Consequently, received her first 200 hour RYT from Old Town Yoga Studio in Fort Collins in 2015. She went on to received her second 200 hour RYT from Alchemy of Yoga in 2020. In addition she has attended many workshops over the past several years including Off the Mat, Into the World - Yoga, Purpose and Action in 2018, as well as a certification with Yogashield - Yoga for First Responders in 2020.

Ali Sparrow

Ali Sparrow has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for eight years. Along with her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, she has additional training in Arm Balances and Adjustments and Modifications. She likes to teach classes that reflect her own personal practice. This includes helping students focus on the mind/body/spirit connection, guiding them to follow the breath and respecting their capabilities while challenging them to move toward the next level of their practice. She provides a playful, judgement-free environment and invites her students to join in in exploring fun and new poses and flows, pushing their perceived limitations and finding acceptance in the present moment.

Stephanie Barker

Stephanie is a 20 + year yoga student and always enjoys increasing her knowledge of yoga asana, history and philosophy. Her passion in teaching yoga is to empower her students to build a practice that is healthful, sustainable, and therapeutic through the knowledge of foundation and alignment in asana.
