Theresa Hansen, E-RYT, Owner

Theresa is a Wyoming native and has been teaching for LCSD#1 and fitness classes in Cheyenne for a little over 7 years. Theresa earned her M.Ed. from Northern Arizona University and currently teaches Title One for LCSD #1. Theresa has her Kids Yoga certification from Rainbow Kids Yoga, Level 1 BUTI Yoga certification and is a RYT with 200 hours. Theresa’s teachers are Shannon Paige, Nancy Kate Williams-Rau, and Gina Caputo to name just a few. Theresa attends workshops and trainings regularly to stay up to date in the most current teachings of alignment to bring to you a safe and fulfilling yoga experience. Theresa is currently enrolled in her 300 hour yoga teacher training. Theresa loves bringing the experience of yoga to her students and enjoys seeing the progress her students make toward their own personal goals. But most of all Theresa truly enjoys getting to know each of her students on a personal level to bring to them a meaningful practice.

Travis Posthumus, RYT

Travis completed his Yoga Teacher Training at Blossom Yoga in Laramie, WY in May of 2014. He hopes to bring the calming and healing properties of yoga to his students. Travis was attuned to Reiki levels I & II in January 2015 at Love of the Earth in Cheyenne, WY. He is currently enrolled in classes at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO and is working towards becoming a Master Nutritional Therapist. He has lived most of his life in Cheyenne and enjoys the outdoors while mountain biking and golfing with friends and family.

Cally Turse

I am a recent graduate of Root to Rise Yoga Teacher Training Program with Melanie Lighthouser of Be Free Healing. As a new Yoga Teacher, I am deep in a self study with Yoga and the classes that I am offering are an extension of my own exploration. With my years experience as a Massage Therapist & Reiki Master -I crafting each Yoga class with specific areas of strengthening, opening & decompression on all levels . My overall goal is to awaken all senses through Pranayama, Core work, Hatha/Vinyasa flow, into a nice unwind at the end of each . I am personally working on building my own strength, so my classes definitely have an element of active strengthening with dynamic movement and flow. I look forward to you joining me on your mat to receive all of the magic this movement modality has to offer.

Stephanie Barker

Stephanie is a 20 + year yoga student and always enjoys increasing her knowledge of yoga asana, history and philosophy. Her passion in teaching yoga is to empower her students to build a practice that is healthful, sustainable, and therapeutic through the knowledge of foundation and alignment in asana.
